We are asking for a $20 donation upon arrival. Events will be hosted at CrossFit Ankeny.

There will be 2 events.

Event 1

7-9am

Run & Row

2 mile run

5k row

*2-3 person team.

Following the event there will be a Silent Auction by lululemon Des Moines & more.

Event 2

12-2pm

Intro to Fitness & Project Onyx Class Experience.

*this is a class to show the community what we do in the class with our youth. Topics of conversation and experience with the community as well as teaching why fitness is important and doing a workout with the kids of the non profit.
